Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ARMPRO (the “Platform”), operated by Arm Wrestling Pro (ARMPRO), a project by System That Sells (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ARMPRO.

1. What ARMPRO is

ARMPRO is software for running arm wrestling events: athlete registration, identity and age verification, weigh-ins, brackets, live scoring and results. Events are organised by independent organizers. Unless an event page says otherwise, we are not the organizer of any event and are not responsible for how an event is run, its venue, prizes, or its refund policy.

2. Accounts

• You log in with your own mobile number and must keep it secure. One person, one account.
• Information you give us must be true and current. Faking identity, age or weight is grounds for removal from events and suspension.
• Athletes under 18 may only take part with a verified parent or guardian's consent.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, endanger others, or misuse the Platform. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

3. Athletes

• Before entering an event you must complete a player profile, add a recognisable photo, and verify your identity and age.
• Arm wrestling carries a real risk of injury, including fractures. By registering you accept the participation waiver and the code of conduct.
• Weigh-in, category placement, refereeing decisions and protests are handled by the event's organizers and officials. Their decisions at the venue are final, subject to any protest process they offer.
• Entry fees are paid directly to the organizer. Any refund is between you and the organizer — see our refund policy.

4. Organizers

• To host events you must verify your identity and email and create an organizer profile. Each event is reviewed by ARMPRO before it can be published.
• Listing an event costs a hosting fee (currently ₹500 per event), payable online or by UPI/cash with a transaction reference. We may change the fee for future events.
• You are responsible for your event: venue safety, qualified referees, medical cover, accurate information, honouring the entry fees you collect, and your own refund policy and any taxes.
• You must use athletes' personal data (including emergency contacts) only to run your event, and never sell or misuse it.
• We may reject, take down or suspend events or organizers that are misleading, unsafe or unlawful.

5. Content and results

Brackets, results, medal tables and athlete public pages (name, photo, club, results) are shown publicly so the sport can be followed. You can ask us to remove your public athlete page by deleting your account; past event records keep the results as published.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break or overload the Platform, access accounts or data that aren't yours, upload unlawful content, or use ARMPRO to harass anyone.

7. Liability

ARMPRO is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from events, organizers or athletes, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections you are entitled to.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app; continuing to use ARMPRO means you accept the updated terms.
