Refunds & Cancellations

Hosting fees (paid by organizers to ARMPRO)

• The hosting fee (₹500 per event) covers listing and review of one event.
• If we reject your event and you choose not to resubmit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the rejection.
• If you cancel before we approve the event, you can request a full refund.
• Once an event is approved, the fee is non-refundable, including if the event is later cancelled by the organizer or taken down for breaking our terms.
• If a UPI/cash payment reference you submitted can't be matched, we'll ask you to resubmit; no listing is approved without a confirmed payment.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method/UPI ID within 7 working days.

Entry fees (paid by athletes to organizers)

• Entry fees are paid directly to the event organizer (by UPI or at the venue). ARMPRO does not receive or hold entry fees.
• Each organizer sets their own refund policy. Contact the organizer through the event page for refunds or withdrawals.
• If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding athletes.
• If you believe an organizer has acted dishonestly, report it to us — we can suspend organizers who break our terms.

Delivery of services

ARMPRO is an online service; nothing is shipped. Event listings become available once approved, and registrations are confirmed instantly in the app.
