Code of conduct

Arm Wrestling Pro (ARMPRO), a project by System That Sells · Last updated 2 October 2026

Arm wrestling is a strength sport built on respect. Everyone at an ARMPRO event — athletes, coaches, officials, organizers and fans — agrees to this code.

Athletes

  • Weigh in honestly and compete only in categories you are eligible for. Never compete under someone else's name or a false age.
  • Follow referees' instructions. Two warnings equal one foul; two fouls lose the match (WAF rules).
  • Report to your table when called — failing to appear within 60 seconds counts as a loss.
  • Stop immediately if you or your opponent is in a dangerous position or injured.
  • No doping, no performance-enhancing substances, no intoxication at the table.
  • Shake hands. Win and lose with respect.

Coaches and supporters

  • Stay out of the competition area unless invited. Never touch an athlete or referee during a match.
  • Raise disagreements through the protest process, not by confronting officials.

Organizers and officials

  • Use proper tables, elbow pads and qualified referees. Have first aid available.
  • Apply weigh-in and category rules equally to everyone. Record results accurately and correct mistakes openly.
  • Protect athletes' personal data; use it only to run the event.

Zero tolerance

Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, cheating or identity fraud can lead to disqualification, suspension or a permanent ban from ARMPRO events.
